The Puig Headlight Protector 22518W has been developed to provide effective protection of the main headlight against stone impacts, insects and other elements during riding, without compromising visibility or altering the motorcycle’s original design. Designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona using the most advanced technologies, it combines functionality, resistance and aesthetic integration. It is made from flexible 3 mm polycarbonate with anti-scratch treatment and UV protection, ensuring high impact resistance, durability and optimal transparency in any condition. Its design faithfully follows the front lines, achieving precise adaptation that makes it virtually invisible once installed. The fastening system is based on hex bolts and an innovative instant clip system that allows tool-free installation and removal, facilitating headlight and protector cleaning in seconds. Steel brackets with black epoxy coating ensure high weather resistance and firm, stable fastening. With approximate dimensions of 300 mm width, 230 mm height and 80 mm depth, installation is quick and intuitive and can be completed in about 5 minutes without specific mechanical knowledge.
