My Anger, My Ally: From 0 to 100 Rewire an Angry Brain Volume 1

A Revolutionary Approach to Anger That Rewires the Brain Anger is one of the most powerful human emotions. When unmanaged, it can damage relationships, harm mental health, and leave people feeling out of control. Yet anger itself is not the enemy. When understood correctly, it can become a source of clarity, emotional strength, and resilience. This is not another anger management book that teaches suppression, counting to ten, or surface-level coping strategies. Instead, this book offers a revolutionary approach to anger - one that works with the brain and nervous system to create lasting emotional regulation and real change. Written by Gilla Halevi, a seasoned Family Therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with over thirty years of clinical experience, this book presents a powerful, practical method for transforming anger at its root. Grounded in psychological science, somatic therapy, and Torah-based wisdom, it reveals how anger forms, why it escalates, and how to retrain the brain patterns that drive reactivity and rage. “They contain both wisdom and practical guidance.
