My Anger, My Ally: From 0 to 100 Rewire an Angry Brain Volume 2

A Revolutionary Approach to Anger That Rewires the Brain Anger is one of the most powerful human emotions. When unmanaged, it can damage relationships, harm mental health, and leave people feeling out of control. Yet anger itself is not the enemy. When understood correctly, it can become a source of clarity, emotional strength, and resilience. This is not another anger management book that teaches suppression, counting to ten, or surface-level coping strategies. Instead, this book offers a revolutionary approach to anger—one that works with the brain and nervous system to create lasting emotional regulation and real change. Written by Gilla Halevi, a seasoned Family Therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with over thirty years of clinical experience, this book presents a powerful, practical method for transforming anger at its root. Grounded in psychological science, somatic therapy, and Torah-based wisdom, it reveals how anger forms, why it escalates, and how to retrain the brain patterns that drive reactivity and rage. “They contain both wisdom and practical guidance—ideas that are firmly grounded in sound intellect and practical application… I recommend acquiring the books and using them for character refinement in general and for correcting the trait of anger in particular.” — Rabbi Yehuda Leib Nachmanson Through real-life clinical stories, clear frameworks, and actionable tools, readers will learn: Why anger arises and how it distorts perception How boundaries are the key to protecting yourself without becoming reactive The three stages of resilience that transform anger into strength Practical techniques for calming the nervous system and reducing anger naturally How to stop coping with anger and end its grip on your life Unlike traditional anger self-help books, this approach focuses on rewiring the brain, not just controlling behavior. With consistent practice, readers develop a calm, grounded mind that responds with clarity and strength instead of emotional overload. Ideal for parents, couples, therapists, educators, and anyone seeking effective anger help, emotional regulation, or relationship healing, this book offers a proven path for transforming anger into insight, stability, and inner peace. This volume focuses on the boundary aspect of anger.
