JCB Work Shorts for Men Dark Shadow, Stretch Holster Pocket Shorts

92% NYLON 8% SPANDEX AT 210G, STRETCH FABRIC: The spandex content lets the fabric give when you squat to a floor box, kneel on a joist or climb a ladder, then return to shape rather than staying baggy at the seat and the thigh. At 210g the cloth has enough body for site work while staying cooler than a cotton canvas short through a hot afternoon.

TWO HANGING HOLSTER TOOL POCKETS: A holster pocket hangs at each hip in a hard wearing black contrast fabric, each one divided inside so screwdrivers, pencils, a tape and small fixings sit separately instead of in one heap. A tool loop sits on the left holster. Both holsters tuck inside the front pockets when you want them out of the way.

DARK SHADOW: A deep charcoal grey across the body with the holster pockets and pocket trims in black. Darker fabric shows plaster dust, cement and general soiling less than a pale shade does between washes, and the black holsters sit where tools rub and mark first. Also produced in navy.

REINFORCED POCKETS AND HEM TESTED TO 100,000 CYCLES: The reinforced pockets and hem are abrasion tested to 100,000 cycles, which is the heavy duty band and the reason those areas outlast the rest of the garment. Triple stitched construction runs through the high wear seams, so the stitching holds where a single row would give way first.

JCB ENGINEERED WORKWEAR: JCB workwear combines advanced fabrics, durable construction and ergonomic design to deliver comfort, protection and performance across every trade. Silicone JCB branding runs across the waistband to grip a belt and a shirt tail so the waist stays put. Finished with new JCB logo branding.

WASHING AND DRYING: Machine wash at 40 degrees. Nylon dries far faster than cotton, so a pair washed after work is ready the next morning without a tumble dryer, and the spandex holds its recovery through repeated washing rather than going slack at the waist and the seat. Fasten the fly and empty the holsters before washing.

ALSO AVAILABLE IN NAVY: The same shorts are produced in navy. Fabric composition, 210g weight, holster pockets, zip side pocket, D ring, reinforcement, triple stitching, silicone grip waistband and the 26 to 44 waist run are all identical, so colour is the only difference between the two.

ZIP SIDE POCKET, D RING AND BELT LOOPS: A zipped pocket sits on the leg for a phone or a wallet that must not fall out when you bend, alongside a D ring at the hip for a lanyard, keys or a tape, and a silicone JCB tab at the side pocket. Belt loops run the full waist. Wear with JCB polo shirts, JCB embossed t-shirts and JCB safety footwear to kit out head to toe from one brand.
