The Map of Prophecy: In Pursuit of an Ancient Prophecy

Preface – The Map of Prophecy I This novel is the mythic echo of a cry within me. Each character is a shard of my being; each scene, a trace upon my soul. It was not written merely to be told, but to be lived—for sometimes, words are the only path to survival. What I once silenced, suppressed, or strove to forget now speaks across these pages. The slanders of the academy, my struggle for justice—here they take form as living figures. In essence, this is both my downfall and my rising from the ashes. This book is the chart of a spirit that refuses surrender. Yet this map shows neither mountains nor seas. It bears instead the folds of sorrow, the tracks of tears, the deep valleys of silence. The Map of Prophecy is no prophecy at all, but a chronicle of experience—of oblivion, and of rebirth. It is the voice of those condemned to injustice, of wanderers seeking a path through darkness. Each volume is a turning of the road. Each page, a scar. And yet, each word, a seed of hope. Every tale, a ruin—and a resurrection. For this map reveals not only pain, but the light born from pain. Whoever journeys through these pages will draw nearer to their own inner map. And perhaps, at the end, we shall say together: “I have lived. Yet I remain. And now, I know my way.” “I was silent, yet my thoughts spoke through writing. You crushed me, you slandered me; yet I was reborn in the light of knowledge. Every voice that sought to silence me, I shall drown in theory.” For I am Esla Karneyn. I bear two horns: one of sorrow, one of wisdom. For me, there is no time, no matter. For I am everywhere.
