The Uncatalogued Crown Saga: Volume II

The Uncatalogued Crown Saga: Volume II The myths have fallen. The silence that remains is where the future begins. In the second half of this masterful epic, the "Accounting" of the world reaches its breaking point. Talren—the owlbear-werewolf hybrid who became a king by refusing to rule—finds that walking away from the throne was only the beginning. As the "Catalogue" of the old world hardens into tyranny, the systems meant to provide stability have become cages. Volume II contains the climactic conclusion of the saga, spanning from the revolutionary Felled Crown to the final, soul-stirring moments of The Finale. Following the devastating "Quiet Subtraction" of a kingdom in decline, Talren and his closest ally, Mireya, must face a world that no longer recognizes the heroes of the past. From the frozen isolation of the North to the hollowed-out "Crater" of the capital, the stakes are no longer just about who wears the crown, but whether the concept of a crown should exist at all. The Journey of Legacy and Loss As the years pass and a new generation rises in the form of Ozlich, the son of the Uncatalogued, the battle shifts inward. Mireya must contend with a manipulative Unseen Voice that threatens her sanity, while Talren must learn to lead a son who inherits a world without the easy answers of myth. When the ancient Scepter of Fabrication resurfaces and the Living Castle of the Waxing Witch threatens to consume the last of human will, the people must finally choose: Will they return to the safety of a ruler, or will they find the courage to share the weight of the world?
