The Puig R19 engine protectors have been developed to provide comprehensive protection for the motorcycle’s frame and engine, increasing safety in the event of a fall or impact without compromising aesthetics or ergonomics. They incorporate high-strength nylon sliders that effectively absorb impacts, along with an externally positioned protective rubber that provides additional protection for the rider’s knees during daily use. Their design has been carefully engineered to fit perfectly with the motorcycle’s lines while respecting its original dimensions, as they do not protrude beyond the handlebar and are designed to make contact after the footpegs, ensuring safe and balanced riding behavior. The protectors are supplied as standard with gray rubber, although Puig offers a wide range of alternative colors to adapt them to the motorcycle’s appearance, as well as replacement parts for both the rubber pieces and the nylon sliders. Each protector is manufactured specifically for a particular motorcycle model, ensuring a precise and secure fit. It is important to note that these protectors are not compatible with crash bars. Installation is simple and quick, and the component is supplied with an instruction leaflet to allow immediate enjoyment of the protection.
