Il y a eu une période où je priais… mais sans vraiment prier. Je parlais à Dieu, mais mon esprit était ailleurs. Je lisais la Bible, mais sans savoir quoi retenir. Je notais des prières sur des bouts de papier, dans mon téléphone, dans ma tête… et je les oubliais. Chaque jour, je voulais être constante. Chaque jour, je culpabilisais de ne pas l’être. Je croyais que j’avais un problème de foi. En réalité, j’avais un problème de structure. J’aimais Dieu, mais ma vie spirituelle était désorganisée. Entre : le travail les responsabilités les enfants la charge mentale les attentes des autres Dieu passait souvent en dernier. Et pourtant… au fond de moi, je savais que sans Lui, je m’épuisais. Alors j’ai fait quelque chose de différent. Je n’ai pas cherché à prier plus longtemps. Je n’ai pas cherché à être “plus spirituelle”. J’ai cherché à être intentionnelle. J’ai créé un espace. Un cadre. Un rendez-vous. Un endroit où : je savais quoi dire à Dieu je savais quoi méditer je pouvais suivre mes prières je pouvais voir Ses réponses C’est comme ça que ce Cahier de Méditation & de Prière est né. Ce n’est pas un carnet. C’est un chemin. Un chemin pour la femme : fatiguée mais croyante débordée mais attachée à Dieu disciplinée dans la vie… mais pas toujours dans la prière Ce qui a tout changé pour moi (et qui te changera aussi) Je ne priais plus au hasard Je méditais la Parole selon ce que je vivais Je notais mes prières et leurs évolutions Je voyais Dieu agir concrètement Ma foi est devenue vivante. Structurée. Profonde. Aujourd’hui, je ne prie plus par culpabilité. Je prie par désir. Je médite par compréhension. Je marche avec Dieu avec clarté. Et ce que Dieu a fait pour moi, Il veut aussi le faire pour toi. Ce cahier est pour toi si… Si tu veux arrêter de : prier dans le désordre lire sans comprendre oublier tes prières te sentir coupable spirituellement Et commencer à vivre une relation profonde, intentionnelle et paisible avec Jésus. Ce cahier n’a pas été créé pour remplir des pages… Il a été créé pour transformer ta relation avec Dieu.
