Nylon or wooden utensils are recommended to avoid damaging the interior coating. The coating is free from PFAS, PTFE, PFOAS, Lead & Cadmium for chemical free cooking
SELF BASTING LID: Using ridges on the inside of the lid, the casserole locks in moisture, capturing steam and redistributing it back onto the food to create more flavoursome meals for hands free cooking.
SUITABLE FOR ALL HOB TYPES: Safe to use on all hob types including induction for full cooking versatility. It is also safe to use in the oven or on the grill up to 240°C so you can add the finishing touches to your culinary creations.
