Majosta OBSERVATION OF CLIMATE CHANGE ON WATER RESOURCES

Climate change described in first section and on the second water quality analysis continues. This review paper describes the cause and effect of climate change. As a part of the study of my doctoral work, giving a background about climate change effects in connection with water quality and renewable energy. The four main topics touched on in this study were climate change, land uplift, seaside renewable energy resources and water resources. Each of them connected in this study to the other three topics to generate new outcomes from each of their connection. The paper addresses all aspects of climate change as a review paper. The overall conclusions were building relationships between different aspects of the study. The contribution of the paper is giving precise current reviews of climate change causes and effects. Chlorophyll-a expected to increase through time and this was due to the fact that weather is changing due to climate change effect. However, there is no clear path for causality relations was not identified in these analyses. The path seems air temperature influenced by climate change effect then leading to increment in water temperature. One proves can be, it was found that there are significant Pearson’s correlations between air and water temperatures. Then water temperature affects the other water quality variables leading to increment in chlorophyll-a (phytoplankton’s growth). Thus, one can conclude that there is a clear dependency of water quality variables change in the effect of climate change.
