Description

AdBlue is used with selective catalytic systems to reduce emissions of Nitrogen Oxides from the exhausts of diesel vehicles. The general consumption by passenger vehicles of AdBlue is around 1 Litre per 1000km, which typically leaves the vehicles having the AdBlue refilled at regular service intervals. But our technical team noticed that some vehicles are using more AdBlue meaning they require topup between service intervals, so introduced a 20L AdBlue to keep customers on the road.

SPECIALLY FORMULATED: A specially formulated high diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) for use in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems

REDUCES EXHAUST EMISSIONS: Adblue contains a 32.5% solution of urea in deionised water which is injected into the exhaust stream to break down harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) into harmless nitrogen and water vapour.

FUEL SAVING: 5% reduction in fuel costs and lower servicing costs.

HELPS REACH EMISSIONS STANDARDS: Emissions standards are set by the European Union and other regulatory bodies, AdBlue is required for vehicles that are equipped with SCR systems which are designed to meet these standards

20 LITRES: The AdBlue comes in a 20 litre container, which is suitable for use in a wide range of vehicles
