HOW TO USE: Fill the molds with tempered chocolate and invert them over a grid to let the excess drip off. Repeat until the desired thickness is achieved. Leave inverted for about 4 hours until completely crystallized. Unmold by gently tapping the molds; if necessary, press lightly to release the chocolate. Assemble components using melted chocolate or by heating the ends on a warm tray.
