This exquisite bubbly is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown on clay and limestone soils. The winemaking process is meticulous, including fermentation at a very low temperature to capture all the primary aromas, followed by a 9-month secondary fermentation in the bottle for complexity and fine, persistent bubbles. Ingredients Grapes, Sucrose, Tirage liqueur, Expedition liqueur, Preservatives : Sulphites, Acidity Regulators contains : Tartaric acid (L(+)-)and/or Malic acid (D,L-; L-) and/or Lactic acid, Stabilising agents : Carboxymethylcellulose, Bottling may happen in a protective atmosphere.
