The TÜV-tested roba easySafe+ door and stair safety gate provides reliable protection for children in the home and creates secure boundaries at stairways, door frames, or passageways. The innovative traffic light safety lock gives a visual indication of whether the gate is securely closed: green means the gate is properly locked. Its simple one-handed operation allows for convenient opening and closing in both directions, making everyday life with children much easier. Additional safety is provided by the automatic closing mechanism combined with a practical 90° stop function, which can hold the gate open when needed. Installation is flexible: either drill-free using pressure-mounted clamps – ideal for rental homes – or alternatively with screw-mounted fittings for permanent, stable attachment. The gate is made of durable, powder-coated metal, stands 80 cm tall, and in its base version fits widths from 75 to 82 cm (including clamp screws). With separately available extensions of 7 cm (Item No. 215949WE) and 14 cm (Item No. 215950WE), the system can be extended up to 110 cm – either on one side or both sides. The gate can also be used with round balusters thanks to separately available Y-spindles (Item No. 215951SI). It is suitable for children aged 0 to 24 months and complies with the safety requirements of EN 1930:2011. The product was developed in Germany.
