Description

Al Fresco is the refreshing bittersweet aperitif from Barcelona. Al Fresco combines high quality wines from Casa Berger with natural Mediterranean botanicals. Early harvest of young vineyards to preserve freshness (acidity), 3 day film maceration at 7 degrees with subsequent bleeding and spontaneous fermentation as a rose wine at 15 degrees to keep aromas of wild red fruit and aromatic herbs. Once fermentation is finished we aged the wine in fine lees for 2 months.
