The food temperature sensors have an accuracy of ±0.3℃/±0.5℉, while the ambient sensors have an accuracy of ±5.0℃/±9.0℉, ensuring reliable, precise temperature control.
Long Battery Life : Built-in 2500 mAh lithium battery in base for charging the probes; both probes can be fully charged in just 25 minutes and last for 25 hours, making them ideal for long-term temperature monitoring tasks such as sous-vide cooking and ham smoking.
60 Minutes Offline Data Storage: The base stores 60-minute offline temperature data, so there's no need to worry if your phone runs out of power or the network goes down. Once the connection is restored, the entire temperature change curve is automatically synchronized, enabling you to see even the slightest changes in the meat's texture, while ensuring that every step of the cooking process is well documented.
25 Hours of Cooking, 25 Minutes of Charging: Each probe has a battery life of 25 hours for continuous cooking, making it ideal for 8 hours of sous-vide cooking or all-day smoking. A speedy recharge time of just 25 minutes means you can forget about battery anxiety and focus on the joy of cooking.
