The Tokaji region is famous for its sweet wines made from botrytis or 'noble rot'. These wines are exceptionally sweet when young, but develop for decades in the bottle.

on the nose intense aromas of apricot and orange rind are complimented by floral notes with a hint of honey suckle.

the palate is a concentrated affair of apricot, honey and a lingering orange rind finish. try with strong blue cheese or sticky toffee pudding.
