It contains a silver-doped ion exchange granules for water softening. This prevents hard limescale deposits in the water tray. The addition of hygiene products and water softeners is therefore superfluous. The result: hygienically flawless operation. This saves you from the hassle of cleaning your humidifier or air washer and you have to worry about almost nothing anymore. Only the filling of the easily removable water tank as well as the easy replacement of the Venta hygiene disc after approx. 3 months. This means that you will have a flawless and virtually maintenance-free operation for 3 months without restrictions. Note: Depending on the water hardness, water quality, service life of the device and depending on the daily evaporation performance, the hygiene disc should be replaced at least every 3 months
