"Beyond the Call: Trauma Resilience for First Responders Texas 635 Edition" is a vital and empowering course designed to help emergency personnel navigate the emotional and psychological challenges they often face in their line of duty. Recognizing the intense and sometimes traumatic nature of their work, this course provides first responders with the tools and strategies they need to find healing, build resilience, and overcome the lingering effects of trauma. We wanted to do something that would help coworker survivors and others suffering from critical incident stress. After researching to see what type of programs were available. We found that peer supported programs work the best. So found a military veteran program that uses peer support and immerses their participants in nature. We contacted them and they helped us with ideas to develop our own program. After months of research and review, we have our program and named it Blue’s Space Program, This book is the lesson for this program.
