Temris—meaning "sanctuary" in Old Irish—is an Irish single malt whiskey aged for five years, first in bourbon casks before a 13-month finish in rich Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Bottled without added colour or chill filtration, its deep hue comes entirely from the dark PX oak, imparting a depth of flavour typically found in far older whiskies.
