Puig 22284W Z-Racing Windscreen; aerodynamic design with double height; improves rider protection; made of high-impact acrylic; TÜV approved; easy installation, Clear

The Puig Z-Racing windscreen 22284W in transparent finish is designed for riders seeking to enhance their motorcycle’s aerodynamic performance with a sporty, functional, and approved design. Measuring 325 x 335 mm and 30 mm taller than the OEM screen, this windscreen not only adds style but significantly improves rider protection by channeling airflow above the helmet and torso thanks to its double-height structure. It features side channels that deflect air outward, reducing pressure on the shoulders and optimizing stability at high speeds. Made from 3 mm high-impact acrylic with a rounded upper edge over 2 mm, it complies with TÜV safety standards, offering resistance to impacts, UV rays, scratches, and warping. Installation is quick and precise, using the bike’s original screws with no need for additional parts or structural modifications, making it easy to mount even for users without technical experience. This screen has been tested in a virtual wind tunnel, showing aerodynamic improvements of 12.7% in upright riding and up to 61% in racing posture, increasing comfort and reducing fatigue on long rides. Its aggressive design and transparent finish allow perfect visual integration with the fairing, providing a custom look without compromising road legality. Each unit includes a detailed aerodynamic study and may come with KBA homologation for public road use – check the documents section. Ideal for those seeking functionality, style, and performance in one single component.
