Bostik Flexible Rapid Drying Tanking System is a combined waterproof membrane system designed to protect tiled spaces in areas such as wet-rooms, showers, bathrooms, and kitchen utility areas. Bostik Flexible Tanking System will prevent the passage of moisture from within the tiled area into substrates such as plaster, render, plasterboards, tile backer boards, concrete floors and sand/cement screeds. Bostik Flexible Tanking System is a solvent free multicomponent system consisting of; a surface primer to ensure good adhesion to the substrate, a grey flexible waterproof coating to prevent the passage of moisture, strong polyester tape to reinforce seams in joints and around wall to floor junctions and strong polyester matting to reinforce areas if required. Bostik Flexible Tanking System provides a seamless, durable protective membrane to prevent the passage of moisture from within the tiled area through to surfaces sensitive to the effects of prolonged water migration. The system can be used to bridge over fine cracks and joints whilst accommodating any slight movement or vibration likely to be encountered in well constructed, structurally stable floors, walls, showers and utility fittings.
