Knife block and cutting boards ensure gentle storage and optimum performance. The ICED chef's knife is your all-rounder par excellence. Thanks to the long and deep blade, slicing, dicing and chopping vegetables, fruit, meat and more is effortless. The ICED bread knife cuts through any crust with ease thanks to its sharp serrated edge and robust blade.The convenient ICED paring knife is always quickly at hand. The compact knife can be pulled out of any drawer in a flash to cut, slice and peel vegetables, fruit or meat with precision. Experience the benefits of centuries-old knowledge. As early as the 19th century, Swiss watchmakers used to place steel parts in the snow to make watches more solid and durable. That's why our German steel blades are heated to over 1000°C / 1832°F and then ice-hardened (tempered) at minus 120°C / 184°F. This makes them more durable and corrosion-resistant. The weighted handle scores with ergonomic handling and optimum balance. The dark titanium coating provides an elegant look.
