The Rab Men’s Valiance Jacket is one of the few down insulators equipped with waterproof, breathable weather protection. Its Pertex Shield outer is fully taped and offers reliable waterproof, breathable ratings akin to some ski jackets. Ideal for everyday weather in wintertime, the Valiance’s 700-fill down insulation ensures winter warmth while feeling lofty and cozy in the cold. Rab finished the down in fluorocarbon free, hydrophobic Nikwax to retain its lofty warmth in damp conditions. Rab added Stratus synthetic insulation at the hood and cuffs for extra protection. A regular fit lets you layer over most casual outfits, and the hood, hem, and cuffs are all adjustable for secure coverage.
