Del Duque shows a dark golden colour due to the extended time spent in cask. Sharp aromas from the time spent under flor and aromas of dried fruits and nuts such as walnuts. On the palate it is dry and powerful , complex and concentrated, well structured with an eternal aftertaste.

After 4 further years in the VinaAB maturation system, it finally arrives in the Del Duque solera where it will spend an impressive 22 years developing character

This Very Old Amontillado Sherry pairs beautifully to mature hard cheeses such as parmesan
