DOLIN DRY VERMOUTH is the least sweet of our vermouths. Its light, fresh and crisp profile comes from a delicate wine base in which more than twenty botanicals and spices are macerated.

SINCE ITS BEGINNINGS IN 1821, Dolin Vermouth has been a benchmark for fine French vermouth. Its fresh and elegant nose, subtle and complex palate is celebrated in the Martini. Created in the early 20th century a True Martini cocktail is 1:1 and a Dry Martini was 2:1 stirred cocktail.

TASTING NOTES: Colour: Very pale, a subtle golden tint.

NOSE: Full and intense nose, evoking citrus peel supported by the freshness of menthol and balsamic notes.

TASTE: Sustained velvety aromas of alpine plants. Almond and apricot kernel scents dominate the slightly bitter base of citrus fruit and bring balance to this delicate and racy ensemble. Persistent and subtle at the finish.
