Knife block and cutting boards ensure gentle storage and optimum performance. The perfect set for your kitchen consists of a bamboo knife block and five ICED knives. The knives impress with their sharp blades, ergonomic handling and optimum balance. The gentle and practical storage in the knife block provides optimum protection for your favourite knives and reduces the risk of injury in everyday cooking. Set consists of: ICED Bamboo knife block, ICED Paring knife, ICED Utility knife, ICED Chef’s knife large, ICED Santoku knife and ICED Bread knife

Includes 5 x knives: 1) straight paring (total length (TL) = 20.5cm); blade length (BL) = 9cm); 2) straight utility (TL = 24.5cm; BL = 13cm); 3) chef’s (TL = 33.5cm; BL = 20cm); 4) santoku (TL = 29.5cm; BL = 16cm); 5) bread (TL = 33.5cm; BL = 20cm)

Crafted from the finest German stainless steel (HRC: 53 ± 2), the Iced knives have been heated to over 1000°C and then ice-hardened at -120°C for superior sharpness and durability

Weighted and riveted handles are a delight to hold and provide the optimum balance. The knives are lightweight (for ease of use) yet produce unmistakably precise cuts. Feature a Japanese 14° blade angle for outstanding sharpness

Clean the knives (and block) with a non-scratch sponge/dishcloth using warm water (and mild detergent) to prevent blade dulling (not dishwasher safe)
