Nonpoint is an American heavy metal band from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and was formed in 1997. They released two independent demo albums in the 1990s, after which they were signed to MCA Records. The band has toured extensively with bands such as Mudvayne, Papa Roach, Disturbed, Stone Sour and appeared at Ozzfest. Their music is also featured in various video games, movies and soundtracks. Recoil debuted at no. 115 on the Billboard 200 charts and the album’s first single, “The Truth”, peaked at no. 22 on the Mainstream Rock charts. Another single, “Rabia” was later released.
