The Jump series differs from other Applause guitars in that it features a traditional wooden acoustic guitar style instead of the classic Lyrachord roundback body. It was developed for a new generation of guitarists who want to make a statement with their instrument and express their individuality. Applause by Ovation, the affordable roundback from our own house. The Applause brand was launched by Ovation in the 1970s. The aim was and is to make the advantages of roundback guitars tangible in a particularly affordable class, without having to do without the special features of their famous big sisters. The current models in the Applause by Ovation line feature traditional Ovation characteristics in a basic design, such as the classic Lyrachord roundback body, a slim neck for comfortable playability, great feel, attractive finishes and a professional pickup/preamp system. The expertise of a global brand at an amazingly affordable price.
