Description Alé Men’s R-EV1 Hive 2.0 Skinsuit This purpose-built aerodynamic cycling body was engineered to satisfy the highest demands of efficiency on the bike. Now with a next-gen design, it consists of four different materials that excel against the clock: we opted for the lightweight, breathable, and fast-drying Microforato Light for the body’s core and printed sections; our ground-breaking JET STRIPE on the sleeves to minimize drag with two-way stretch and a 3D channel-effect that boosts aerodynamics; while the waist panel boosts breathability with its perforated fabric. Next, we moved to the legs, where we selected Airfix Exagon for its targeting compression and ability to hold off muscle fatigue. For further aero gains, we cut the collar to favour free speed and a form-following fit. 8HF Chamois Pads Elastic microfibre 8HF padding with high memory padding strategically positioned at contact points. In the perineal and ischial area the 120kg/m³ maximum density padding, calibrated and breathable at all points, ensures maximum protection from shocks and road stress. The central exhaust is designed to protect the nerve endings for greater support even on longer rides. The contoured side fins are flexible and follow the body's movements during pedalling, adapting to the cyclist's anatomy for high comfort.
