"Slow Death" was mixed by Mark Lewis (THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, WHITECHAPEL, DEVILDRIVER, DEICIDE) at Audiohammer Studios in Sanford, Florida. The album cover was created by renowned artist and longtime collaborator, Godmachine.
