It includes a total of 6 tracks such as the original version "Melodies of Life Final Fantasy", the new recording "Melodies of Life -Timeless Tale-", and "Song of Memories". The new recording "Melodies of Life -Timeless Tale-" is performed by Emiko Shiratori, the same vocalist as the original version. The included booklet features liner notes from contributors such as Nobuo Uematsu. The jacket uses a newly illustrated 25th anniversary artwork by Toshiyuki Itahana.
