Description

Double diesel locomotive series 288 of the Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB) in purple colour scheme of the era IV. Conversion version with Maybach engine without roof attachment. With 4 sandpit on each side and locomotive half. Chassis and construction mostly made of metal. Both locomotive halves are motorised, each axles driven by high tensile force. Bell anchor motors The two locomotives are firmly connected to each other by a clutch drawbar. Direction-dependent changing tip signal 3x warm white/2x red with maintenance-free LEDs. Engine Room Lighting and Imitation High level of detail with fine and elaborate colouring and labelling. Length over buffers approx. 103mm Driveable minimum radius 145 mm, one further dome rod for radius 195 mm and as a display case model included Safety Warning For adults only.
