Vibrate Higher Intuition Journal: Living As Your Highest Self In The Love Frequency

Are you ready to start meditating and journaling to increase your soul alignment and intuition? Our souls want us to grow and expand, but the outside world and the ego want to keep us small, in our comfort zone, and fearful. Meditating and journaling will unlock more soul clarity, alignment, and courage to evolve into your best and highest self. You deserve to live a magnificent life and shine bright. Every morning when you wake up or each evening before sleep, do your meditation or prayer session and then spend more time with your soul by journaling: In addition to writing down your soul guidance regularly, there are questions to help rewire your brain to the positive and attain your goals. Achieving clarity on your three top daily priorities will enable you to move with more ease and grace toward your goals manifesting. Gratitude journaling alone is a powerful practice, but there is also space to write down the whisperings from your soul, divine guidance, and your intentions for the upcoming day. You have space to brainstorm how you can infuse your life with more soul alignment, love, and meaning. Repeating the daily affirmations will begin to rewire your brain to support you so that in everyday life you will have access to a higher vibrational soundtrack repeating in your subconscious. Each few pages, there is a section to enable you to connect more deeply to your soul and the divine, gain perspective and increase your momentum toward your dream self and life. The human mind tends to focus on and retain the negative, so the best step to filling up with joy is developing a gratitude practice. Writing down positive affirmations and reveling in your daily micro successes, happiness, and uplifting moments will also rewire your brain over time. As a bonus, you can flip back through your journal to remember all the goodness present in your life when you need reminding on gloomy days. You can leverage these pages to clarify your dreams and desires and get into action to make them manifest. I encourage you to stay fluid, and open, flow with grace, and keep taking one soul-guided step toward your dreams at a time. If you despair that your dreams won’t come true, or you’ve sabotaged yourself once again, forgive yourself and get up and keep going! Keep meditating, and know that if you stay in a high vibration, you may not end up where you planned but somewhere better than you ever dreamed.
