Product description Polyurethane Varnish: Formulated from a ‘single pack’ Alkyd Urethane Resin. Once dry, Polyurethane Varnish provides a clear finish for interior wood surfaces where a hard, durable coating is required. Preparation: Before use, test a small inconspicuous area with all products to be used, to ensure a satisfactory final finish & compatibility. Product has a light amber hue so is not recommended over painted surfaces. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from wax, oil and dirt. Sand down to remove stains, previous paints or other coatings. Application: By brush or roller. Stir product thoroughly before use to ensure that any sediment is fully re-dispersed and stir occasionally during use. Un-dispersed sediment can impact the gloss level. Ideal application temperature between 15-25°C. Low temperature/high humidity adversely affects dying time. Drying Times: Touch Dry: 2 hours. Hard Dry: 12 hours. Overcoat Time: 12 hours or overnight.
