Description

Product Description Sturgeons are very unusual fish and their body shape indicates their way of life. They swim close to the bottom and use their barbels (chemosensory organ) to feel small invertebrates in the bottom, which they feed on in the wild. JBL PROPOND STERLET has been adapted to these feeding habits in terms of composition (increased proportion of invertebrates) and sinking behaviour. Even if sturgeons learn to eat at the water surface, this type of feeding goes against their natural behaviour and carries the risk of excessive air swallowing. Sturgeons should always be fed their own food, as it has a different composition and the sterlets bone plates could unintentionally injure the mucous membrane of koi in their fight for food. In practice, you can feed your goldfish and koi on the surface in one corner of the pond and feed the sinking sturgeon food in the other corner. Indications sturgeons Ingredients Wheat germ meal, wheat meal, salmon meal, rice meal, shrimp meal, wheat gluten, spirulina, fish oil, Insect protein (Hermetia), gammarus: 2 %, Tubifex: 2 %, Green-lipped mussel meal: 2 %, Lucerne meal, yeasts products Directions Feed as much as eaten in a few minutes, once or twice a day.
