Self-drilling screw for sandwich panels with steel washer and EPDM rubber, designed to achieve watertight joints. Features hex head and self-tapping thread with two bodies of the same pitch. It allows you to attach the panels on straps in a simple and secure way, without having to drill prior to drilling. Its bit type tip (nº3) is able to drill directly metal surfaces up to 6 mm thick, speeding up the installation of the panels and avoiding the use of additional tools. It is an ideal solution for mounting enclosures or roofs. The EPDM washer allows to achieve watertight joints on facades or roofs, protecting materials from water. It consists of a metal base made of steel with Atlantis C2-M anti-corrosion coating and a vulcanized EPDM rubber, which ensures great durability against UV, ozone and temperature changes. Its properties ensure the durability of the applications, maintaining the tightness for longer. The screw is made of steel and has a zinc plated coating, which gives it strength and helps to extend its life. It can be installed with the help of a screwdriver, with a speed of between 1000 and 1800 rpm.
