After the first application in the furniture industry, LIFT-O-MAT quickly became standard in the automotive industry - and has long since been used in many other industries. Wherever a folding or rotating movement is to be brought to a secure hold in the end position, the LIFT-O-MAT gas spring with hydraulic movement damping is used. It prevents the weight of the application from acting unbraked on hinges or joints and protects the material. The movement process also becomes more harmonious and controllable.
