This mix is an excellent addition to your daily menu, but to fully experience its benefits, it should be combined with a well-balanced diet. The necessary fiber intake for optimal intestinal function ranges from 30g to 40g per day, depending on body weight.

Ingredients: jerusalem artichoke powder* (22%), carrot powder*, gluten-free OAT flour*, Psyllium Husk powder* (15%), apple powder*, apple fiber* (10%), ginger powder*, black pepper powder*, turmeric powder*, cumin powder*. *from organic agriculture.
