The Kenko ZX C-PL N is a circular polarizing filter with the world's highest level of color balance and ultra-high resolution. The unique high transmittance polarizing film and the “Floating Frame System” that maintains the flatness of the glass to the utmost limit, enable the PL effect in the best condition while maintaining the lens' resolving power and color rendition. The ZX C-PL N not only has water and oil repellent coatings to facilitate routine filter maintenance, but also a new antistatic coating that prevents dust from adhering to the filter. Main Features ■The world's highest level of color balance It is brighter by about 1 aperture than a normal PL filter and achieves the best color balance thanks to its highly transmittable polarizing film with no color bias. Because the amount of transmitted light is brighter, even when the PL effect is maximized, the viewfinder remains bright and easy to see. The shutter speed is reduced by only one stop, making hand-held photography easier. In addition, the highly transmissive polarizing film of the ZX C-PL N is neutral in color, so there is no yellowish color cast, which is common with ordinary PL filters. ■Floating Frame System for high resolution Kenko ZX series' unique “Floating Frame System” does not put any load on the glass.
