GEWA Liberty The percussion instruments in the GEWA Liberty series are an excellent tool for use in early childhood music education, at school, in drumming groups or for drumming fun at home. EASY TO USE The main range consists of durable PVC shells, which make the instruments light and easy to transport. In combination with the synthetic skins, they are also particularly robust and weather-resistant. We expressly recommend them for outdoor use, e.g. on school grounds, festivals and public drum circles. EASY TUNING The majority of the drum heads are pre-tuned. This means that it is not necessary to retune them later on. The pre-tuned drum heads are removable and can be easily replaced if damaged. For the tunable instruments, there is a choice between classic rope tensioning (attention: knowledge of retuning required) and modern tuning mechanics (only a simple tool is required). EASY STORAGE The ‘nestable’ and ‘stackable’ versions of the GEWA Liberty drums require very little space because they can be stacked inside each other. In combination with their low weight, this makes them much easier to transport and store. JUST EVERYTHING The different drum types, sizes and tunings ensure a balanced and musical sound. In addition, the range is rounded off by classic wooden djembes in West African style and oriental-looking doumbeks made of aluminium or fibreglass.
