Most of you aren't ready for this planner. This planner was never made for you. As an Agile coach and an experienced Continuous Improvement professional, this planner has gone through a few iterations to make it work. This helps me become the best version of myself, so I wanted to share it with you so that you can become your best version! It begins with understanding yourself and your most ambitious dreams, then turning them into meaningful goals. Then, breaking these goals down into achievable chunks which you will be working towards. The goal setting technique predominantly used is Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) which has helped some of the most successful companies like Google and Intel achieve their goals. Then, you will be introduced to a method to think how you can strategically meet your goals, test hypotheses to increase your chances then figure out what you can do tactically - that is actually going to work. When the goals are manageable and realistic, that's when the real work begins. We use quarterly planning (or the 12 week year if you are familiar with the concept) and the elusive 13th week. Each week, identify and focus on the most important tasks and track your habits. Finally, you will get the chance to reflect regularly. By taking time to reflect on what has gone well, what hasn't, means you get the opportunity to continuously improve. This creates a habit of excellence! Is it going to be easy for you to achieve your dreams? No. But with this planner and dedication, you will have the tools to help. Good luck!
