Directions Insert the tampon using the cardboard applicator by holding the applicator at the wider end and gently inserting it into the vagina. Push the inner tube of the applicator into the vagina until you feel resistance. Remove the applicator by holding the outer tube and pulling it out. The tampon should remain in place. To remove, pull the string attached to the tampon. Safety Warning May contain warnings about Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) and proper usage instructions, such as not to exceed 8 hours of use and to change tampons regularly. Always follow the instructions provided with the product.
