Wear your new shoe inserts for a few hours initially to allow your feet to adapt to the new support. 2. To clean your shoe inserts, use a dry, cotton cloth to wipe away dirt or dust. 3. Do not submerge your shoe inserts in water. If they become wet, allow them to dry naturally. 4. For best results, replace your orthotics every 12 months.
