MoliCare X-Change Pads fit into a special concealed pocket inside the underwear, offering additional protection against leakage. Simply locate the extra layer of fabric inside the underwear and insert the X-Change Pad into the pocket. Pads stay securely in place, while offering extra absorbency for up to 12 hours (hours will vary depending on amount of urine and individual bladder habits), thanks to 4 layers of protection and special leakproof technology. The X-Change Pads convert liquid into gel to reliably lock away up to 25 teaspoons (approximately 125 ml) of urine and neutralise odours. Our Men’s washable incontinence pants are also comfortable to wear and feature a timeless masculine design.
