Note: this flash doesn't have TTL function or High-speed sync, we recommend a shutter speed below 1/200, otherwise, the photos may show black edges and white edges issues. When the photo is not bright enough or too bright, you may need to adjust the aperture, iso, or shutter speed

Note: If the flash still doesn't work, try going into the camera's menu and changing the flash setting to manual mode / M mode
