This technique has been used for thousands of years and the dimples it produces optimise heat retention and thorough, even heating. The wok is ideal for curries and stir-frying and gives true caramelised flavour. Requires seasoning before first use. Not suitable for use in dishwasher - please dry wok on the hob so it is bone dry before storing, otherwise it will rust.

TRADITIONAL WOK - Hand hammered with a Chinese traditional cold working technique, made from carbon steel. Suitable for all hobs, including induction.

WOK SEASONING - Follow the on-pack instructions as to how to 'season' your wok - this will make your wok last longer and give it a non-stick coating and should be done before first use. Hand wash only and dry thoroughly before storing to avoid rust.
