Hand hammered with a Chinese traditional cold working technique Beech handle remains cool when cooking Made from carbon steel Allows 2-3 servings Suitable for modern hobs, including induction Celebrating the skills of traditional wok makers, our 12”/30cm flat bottom craft wok has been hand hammered with a Chinese traditional cold working technique. This technique has been used for thousands of years and the dimples it produces optimise heat retention and thorough, even heating. The wok is ideal for curries and stir-frying and gives true caramelised flavour. Requires seasoning before first use. Not suitable for use in dishwasher - please dry wok on the hob so it is bone dry before storing, otherwise it will rust.

WOK SEASONING - Follow the on-pack instructions as to how to 'season' your wok - this will make your wok last longer and give it a non-stick coating and should be done before first use. Hand wash only and dry thoroughly before storing to avoid rust.
