The microprocessor electronics provide numerous safety features such as soft start, restart lock after power failure, temperature monitoring, overload protection and CDC constant electronics. An electronic brake stops the tool in about 3 seconds, while the anti-kickback function shuts off the motor when blocking the disc, providing extra safety. The angle grinder is equipped with a removable metal protective grille that ensures perfect dust protection. The slim grip area with soft grip inserts and the ergonomically angled side handle offer comfortable handling and optimal arm posture. The paddle switch (Totmann function) increases safety as the device only runs when the switch is pressed. For maximum flexibility, the protective cover can be adjusted without tools, and the spindle lock allows quick and easy change of the grinding wheel.
