He tells where they lived and who their parents were. He highlights what they have achieved in their lifetimes and the miracles which they have produced for their beatifications and canonizations. He also lists the address where the saints can be found and how they might obtain through their patronage the miracles which the pilgrim may ask for. This work makes a riveting read and it shows the world how they saints are still part of the Catholic Church, albeit triumphant now, but nevertheless, they remain still active and through their prayers and intercessions, wrought miracles which may seem impossible otherwise to obtain.
