Audio output is possible in 3 patterns: PASS, 2CH, and 5.1CH. PASS: The HDMI audio source from the source device is passed through the product and the HDMI signal is output as is. 2CH: If your monitor/amplifier/speaker does not support 5.1CH, you need to set the audio output mode of the source device to PCM/LPCM. Set the audio mode of the product to 2CH and PASS to output audio. 5.1CH: Your monitor/amplifier/speaker can support 5.1CH. If the audio source of the source device is also 5.1CH, set the audio mode of the product to 5.1CH and PASS to output audioWhen you play 7.1CH/Atmos, It just stream out from HDMI OUT. Do NOT support ATMOS 7.1 on SPDIF. It is not audio down mixer. NO ARC/eARC.
